Kaya Vadi Villas is a small, exclusive development of 4 luxury detached villas in Turkey with a lovely pool nestling at the foot of the mountains which tumble into the Mediterranean Sea. We have three two-bedroomed villas and one larger four-bedroomed villa. Each two-bedroomed villa can sleep either two couples or a family with three children sharing. The spacious larger house has, as standard, beds to sleep 7 people, but an 8th bed can be added on request.

Escape to the magic of Kaya Vadi

The name – “Kaya Vadi” – means “rocky valley” in Turkish. We are located in a stunning, quiet valley surrounded by small farms and mountain slopes. Specifically, we are located in the historic Kaya valley which is between the harbour town of Fethiye and the famous beach resort of Olu Deniz on the south west coast of Turkey.

Holidays at Kaya Vadi are for those people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy holiday resorts! Our little spot of paradise is to be found nestling between fields and mountains, is luxury set amongst tranquillity, but is only a short walk from the nearest village restaurant, a 1km flat walk to the main village with 3 shops and about a dozen other restaurants, and a 10 or 15 minute taxi ride from all the shops, bars, beaches and boat trips.

Stress Free Holidays

We try to do everything to help you relax into your holiday straight away. We will organise a private transfer for you from Dalaman airport to your villa. Whatever time you arrive our friendly site manager will be there to show you in to your villa where you will find your fridge stocked with wine, beers, soft drinks, bottled water, cheese, eggs, tomatoes, fresh bread, butter, crisps and much more.

On your first evening, if you wish, you will be picked up, (at no charge), and taken to one of the village restaurants, and brought back whenever you are ready. (This free service is available to you any evening, by the way). Every morning our manager will bring you fresh bread and hang it on your door knob. He will organise transport for you to visit a local supermarket and bring you back.

And he is on hand every day to provide you with any help you may need to book excursions, boat trips, taxis and so on. And for those that wish to hire a car we can arrange to have one delivered either to meet you at the airport, or delivered to your villa.

Villas Bougainvillea, Magnolia and Camellia – each has two large, air-conditioned bedrooms both with en-suite facilities.These villas can accommodate either 2 couples or 2 adults with up to 3 children sharing. Each has a private rooftop terrace with views over the valley, and a ground floor terrace with built-in BBQ.

The fourth villa, Kaya Vadi House, can accommodate 7 people as standard and is a spacious two storey building with four air-conditioned bedrooms. There is plenty of space to add an 8th bed if required.

Pricing Details

The prices shown to the right are inclusive of accommodation, bed linen, towels, beach towels, cleaning, gas, electricity and a welcome hamper.

The prices exclude flights, insurance, airport transfers and/or car hire.

The prices shown for Kaya Vadi House are for up to 7 people. There is an extra charge of £95 GB Pounds per week for an 8th person.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Kaya Vadi House, which sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms, is on offer between 29th April and 27th May at a discount of £100 per week which reduces the price from £695 to £595 per week.

We also have a two-bedroomed villa which sleeps either two couples or a family with three children available between Sunday 2nd June and Friday 21st June. Again we are offering a discount of £100 per week which reduces the price from £635 to £535 per week.


Flights

We would be pleased to recommend web sites which offer flights at competitive prices. Our nearest airport is Dalaman which is about 1 hour from your villa at Kaya Vadi. However, please do not book your flight until we have reserved a villa for you.

Airport Transfers

We will happily arrange for you to be met at the airport with a private vehicle to bring you to your villa. Prices vary according to the size of your party – please enquire.

Car hire

Only about half of our guests decide to hire a car. If you would like one we can either arrange to have it delivered to your villa or, if you prefer, to have it delivered to meet you at the airport. For those not wanting to hire a car, many of the restaurants in the valley offer a free pick-up and return service. For beaches and other destinations you can choose the famous Turkish dolmush step-on, step-off minibus service, or ask our manager to call our local taxi company.

Services we provide

For all aspects of reservations, airport transfers and so on you will deal directly with us – the English owners, Tim and Bridget (who live in Berkshire).

Our delightful manager, Cem (pronounced Gem) will be there to welcome you into your villa no matter what time of day or night you arrive. He will bring you fresh bread every morning, and is on hand every day if you need help with directions, taxis, restaurants, shopping, boat trips, horse riding, jeep safaris or other excursions.

We provide every villa with a well-stocked fridge on arrival, including wine, beers, soft drinks, tea, coffee, bread, butter, milk, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, crisps, biscuits and lots more. The villas are cleaned with a full linen change every week, and given a quick clean mid-week. We supply both bath towels and beach towels.
