The four villas are all detached and set well away from each other in stunning Mediterranean gardens. All the villas are furnished and equipped to a very high standard with everything needed to make them a home-from-home. The roof-top terraces are a favourite spot offering wonderful views and cooling breezes, and the built-in barbeques are perfect for al-fresco dining.

Each two-bedroomed villa comprises:-

Kaya Vadi House is a spacious, beautifully designed residence for up to 7 people. It has the living area upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs, which means guests can enjoy the views over the valley and the mountains from the lounge, kitchen and large terrace, and the bedrooms are cool even in summer.
Some of the many features include:-
* all the features listed above for the two-bedroomed villas, plus a big TV in the lounge with a stock of videos and a DVD player
* all the rooms in this house are air-conditioned
* there are 3 double bedrooms and one single
* one of the doubles has a king size bed, the others each have two single beds
* the 3 doubles all have en-suite facilities
The gardens are a green oasis with lawns, mature trees, tropical shrubs and colourful plants. The most popular feature is our beautiful swimming pool which is tucked away next to our very own stone cottage ruins.
The pool is surrounded by a large terrace, dotted sun lounger's and parasols.
Set in amongst the old ruins is our traditional Ottoman style seating platform - a lovely place to recline and relax when you want to get out of the sun for a while.
Kids love it at Kaya Vadi, we have a children's paddling pool, a wonderful adventure playground with Wendy House and outdoor games such as Boule, Softball, Frisbee and Chess.
There are board and card games, from UNO to Monopoly, and of course the main pool is everyone's favourite place. Within a short distance of Kaya Vadi are beautiful beaches, an aqua park, go-karting, water sports, fishing, boat trips and other excursions - something for everyone!
