exclusive development of 4 luxury detached villas
with a lovely pool nestling at the foot of the mountains
which tumble into the Mediterranean Sea.
Kaya Vadi
is hidden away in the beautiful Kaya Koy valley,
but is within minutes of the coastal resorts of
Fethiye and Olu Deniz. Kaya Koy is
a conservation area of outstanding natural beauty
and historic significance.
Three of the villas have two large, air-conditioned bedrooms both with en-suite facilities. These villas can accommodate either 2 couples or 2 adults with up to 3 children sharing. The fourth villa Kaya Vadi House can accommodate 7 people and is a spacious two storey building with four air-conditioned bedrooms.

The gardens are stunning with meandering pathways leading down to the large, palm-decked 'figure of eight' swimming pool, adjacent to the picturesque ruins of three ancient cottages.
The pool terrace is the perfect place to relax with your gin and tonic or cold beer. Stretch out on a sun-lounger or read your book in a shady spot and forget about the pressures of work.

We would be pleased to help you find flights at the best possible prices. Our nearest airport is Dalaman which in 2006 opened a new international terminal. Dalaman is about 1 hour from your villa at Kaya Vadi.
Only about half of our guests decide to hire a car. If you would like one we can arrange to have it delivered to your villa. If you prefer not to drive, many of the restaurants in the valley offer a free pick-up and return service. For other destinations you can choose the Dolmus minibus service or our local taxi driver who can usually be here within 10 minutes.
We will happily arrange for you to be met at the airport with a private vehicle to bring you to your villa. Prices vary according to the size of your party - please enquire.

Check our prices against the big tour companies advertising on the Internet you will be amazed! Take the size of your party - adults and children and work out the total cost of accommodation, flights and airport transfers. From our competitors, try to find similar, high quality accommodation in a prime location (all bedrooms air-conditioned, all en-suite NO sofa beds in the lounge!). For a party of 4 or 5 you will find their total costs are often between £500 and £1000 more than ours. That is the premium you will pay to cover the overheads of a bigger company. With us, you deal directly with the English owners we own the company and the villas, and run the business ourselves. That also allows us to offer a more personalised service. We still organise your flights, transfers, car hire etc., but in addition, when you arrive, our English-speaking manager is here to help you with everything you need from shopping to sight-seeing to boat trips and jeep safaris.
