The four villas are all detached and provide you with privacy and space. One villa is a large, two-storey villa with 4 bedrooms to sleep 7 people. The other three two-bedroomed villas each sleep a maximum of 4 adults, or 2 adults with up to 3 children sharing. They are similar in configuration and comprise:-

* 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms and air-conditioning
* spacious lounge and beautifully equipped kitchen with:
  - pressurised hot and cold water
  - washing machine
  - dishwasher
  - microwave
  - oven/hob
  - large fridge/freezer

* ground level terrace with built in BBQ
* secluded roof-top sun terrace
* heating for early and late season chilly evenings

The Gardens and Pool

The gardens are a green oasis with lawns, mature trees, tropical shrubs and colourful plants. The most popular feature is our beautiful swimming pool which is tucked away next to our very own stone cottage ruins. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace, dotted sun lounger's and parasols. Adjacent is our man-sized chess set and traditional Ottoman style seating platform - a lovely place to recline and relax when you want to get out of the sun for a while.

Kids love it at Kaya Vadi, we have a children's paddling pool, a wonderful adventure playground with Wendy House and outdoor games such as Boule, Softball, Frisbee and Chess.
There are board and card games, from UNO to Monopoly, and of course the main pool is everyone's favourite place. Within a short distance of Kaya Vadi are beautiful beaches, an aqua park, go-karting, water sports, fishing, boat trips and other excursions - something for everyone!
